2. Return Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer law. After this period, we are unable to process returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
- Items must be returned in original packaging, including any branded boxes or pouches.
- Earrings can only be returned if unworn and in sealed, unopened packaging due to hygiene regulations.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry (e.g., engraved pieces).
- Earrings if the hygiene seal has been broken.
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Sale or clearance items, or free gifts received as part of a promotion.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Exchanges can be made for items of equal or greater value—any difference must be paid.
- Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned item.
6. Shipping and Handling Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for faulty or incorrect items.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@oceanripples.co.uk within 7 working days of delivery. We will offer a full refund or replacement, including return shipping costs for defective items.
8. How to Return an Item

- b) Pack Your Item: Return items in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely packaged for transit.
- c) Return Address: We will provide the return address via email. You are responsible for the return shipping cost (unless the item is defective).
